Platform

We are CrackCerts, a company created as an informative, educational and knowledge-sharing platform targeted mainly to professionals with the aim to provide Content and Services. We enable users to access an online platform where Users can practice the latest exam preparation material and participate in other activities offered on the Platform.

REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under these Terms. This licence is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.

ACCESS TO MATERIAL

Some of the material is available to be accessed from free. The starting date of your access to the Product(s) is deemed to be the date of access to any of the free practice test of a course. We will take all commercially reasonable steps to provide you with uninterrupted access to the Products. However, your access may be restricted from time to time for reasons beyond our control. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CONTENT PROTECTION

CrackCerts is committed to protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and proprietary value of all course materials, practice tests, explanations, and related content available on the platform. To safeguard our intellectual property and ensure a fair learning environment, we reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to take appropriate actions against any user account at any time, without prior notice. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, account suspension, permanent account banning, restriction of access to purchased or free content, or other remedial measures we deem necessary. We may exercise these rights for any reason, including (but not limited to) situations where:

  • A user violates, attempts to violate, or is reasonably suspected of violating our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other platform rules.

In all such cases, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the remaining access period, course usage, or subscription status. By using CrackCerts, you acknowledge and accept that access to your account and purchased content is conditional upon compliance with our policies and ethical use of our platform.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

We use third-party payment providers, depending on the way in which you make payments – Paytm and PayPal. Payment for the Products must be made at the point of purchase.

You agree to provide payment for the Products in the stipulated currency and you will be liable to pay any relevant conversion charges. Please note that we must receive your payment in full before providing you with full access to the Products.

Your payment includes the licensing of the full version of the Products for an unlimited period of time.

We reserve our right to review and change the pricing of any of our products. This will not affect products that have already been purchased.

We are unable to provide refunds where your access to the Products is inhibited due to insufficient system requirements. In these circumstances, we will inform you in writing with seven (7) days’ notice that your access to the Products will be restricted.

You acknowledge and agree that any access to or use of the services or such content is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the crackcerts.com parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable crackcerts.com party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information. You agree that any cause of action related to the services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such a cause of action is permanently barred.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CrackCerts Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Services are managed by CrackCerts, which is located in New Delhi, India. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New Delhi, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
